If you experience any problem ordering please contact us and we can help. This website is updated daily and so stock showing as available should be available to send. On the rare occasions that an item is not available we will offer you a credit of a higher value or similar item or can refund if preferred

If you do not receive an order receipt via email please contact us. Please keep this receipt for your records since we do not send printed invoices/receipts with our parcels in order to save paper. If you would like a printed receipt then please mention this in the comments box when ordering

Please note that almost all of our stock is stored off-site and so
delivery times can take 7 days. Usual time is 1-4 days
though for dispatch. If you need something urgently please
note this in the comments box when ordering

We often send orders as several packages to speed up the delivery process.

If free postage is received then the cheapest method of sending is used by us. If you would like to upgrade to a faster service this is usually possible. Please add comment in comments box at checkout or email us

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to send within 7 days of receiving payment although most orders placed at the weekend or beginning of the week are sent a lot sooner . If an order takes longer than 14 days to process and send after having received payment we will contact you. Please allow up to 28 days for us to ship the order (although this is very rarely the case (ie has never happened to date!) as some items come directly from the consignee only when ordered. If you need your order more urgently please contact us. We will send an email when your order has been sent. Please then allow a reasonable amount of time to receive it.

POSTAGE METHODS

The amount charged will depend on the weight of the order plus 60p for p&p per order (hence it's better to order more than one item!).
We charge postage on smaller orders, non mainland UK orders and international orders because we sell our outfits at a very small mark-up. We feel it is fairer to add postage and handling at cost than to add it into the sale price as many stores do. We therefore hope that you too feel this is the fairest way of doing things.
To calculate postage check your basket and click on continue - you will then be able to determine what options are available to you without having to checkout or pay

All orders are sent using an insured method. Over £32 and up to £56 we may split the order in to two parcels, send parcelforce with insurance or send via special delivery depending on the weight of the order. All orders over £56 are sent via parcelforce or special delivery.

Postage is calculated by order weight. There are discounts for larger orders- ie we subsidise postage on most larger orders.
Postage cost includes packaging and handling and processing costs. We insure all items for free

If free postage is received then this will be for the cheapest method possible. If you wish to upgrade to a faster method please contact us as this can usually be arranged
 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you would prefer surface mail this is approx half the cost of airmail rates quoted but generally takes 6-8 weeks. Please select SECOND CLASS postage. Please be advised that the speed of delivery is not guaranteed and by selecting this shipping method you accept that your order could take up to 10 weeks to arrive
