We will reply with details via email on where to send the return as quite often we get returns sent to the post office to keep them safe. Please do not return goods before we have contacted you and before you have contacted us

We do not accept returns which have not been notified to us in writing within 7 days. These will be returned to you at your cost.

We do not usually accept returns from the equipment section since these are my own personal goods and sold as a private sale. We are usually able to exchange these items if possible.

Refunds are then made within 30 days of receiving the goods back. If you do not notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return goods then the right to return is waived. We will keep a credit note on file for as long as you want if you don't require a refund.

If for any reason you decide to return an item the goods must be returned unworn, with ALL tags on if a tag was attached when sold, unwashed and with no smells or defects which were not there when the item was delivered to you. We can not refund if goods arrive back here with the added bonus of smoke smell or defects that were not there before they reached you. t is your  responsibility to make sure the garment/s reach us safely and so  recommend sending recorded delivery for goods under £36 and sending special delivery for goods worth more than this. This is for your protection since we do not refund until goods reach us safely

If free postage was received or your order value falls below £100 due to the return then £14.99 will be deducted from the refund

If the order was originally made from outside of the UK and Europe please take care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to Milliemoos, the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.
